Chris spent almost 20 years as a leading sell side analyst in the City of London where he was the top ranked Aerospace analyst before moving to focus on transport and particularly airlines, airports and railways.

In 2002 he established CTAIRA as a specialised aviation advisory and consulting business with an exceptionally strong research basis. 

Its primary focus is on civil aviation with a particular and proven expertise that is applied to a broad spectrum of business and economic issues. CTAIRA has worked for companies across the sector and also advised governments and regulators.

Chris has an undergraduate degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Labour Economics. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport; He is also a Liveryman of the Honourable Company of Air Pilots and a Council Member of the Air League.

Jon Howell, is the CEO and Founder of AviaDev Africa, a platform dedicated to supporting the development of air connectivity to, from, and within the African continent by delivering live and virtual events and providing year-round content and insight into the industry

The annual AviaDev Africa event was established in 2016 and is now regarded as the premier platform dedicated to supporting African Aviation development, having delivered 8 editions.  

Jon established AviaDev Insight Africa, the only podcast dedicated to African aviation in 2018. To date, the podcast has over 100,000 listeners in 185 countries globally and over 250 episodes to its name. 

Jon was appointed as a Visiting Professor at Coventry University in March 2022 and regularly delivers lectures to Undergraduate and postgraduate aviation management students. 

Peter Davies is the CEO of the Airline Management Group, a business he founded with his extensive network of professional contacts to solve the many challenges faced by small and medium-sized legacy airlines.

Peter's achievements have included: 

• Establishing DHL Express Services as a major player in expanding European markets, and turning around its business in both North and South America. 
• Restructuring Air Malta, a highly political and strategic asset for an economy dependent on tourism, saving it from bankruptcy, navigating EU politics and delivering profitability. 
• Closing and launching an airline for the Trinidadian Government in just three months, ensuring the sustainable connectivity of the islands into the future.
• Empowering Airlink, an aviation industry disaster relief coordinating body, to grow its finances and capacity and provide a more responsive service at times of need.
